Refund Policy
At The Dreamial Tours (Pvt) Ltd, we plan and reserve services in advance, including transportation,
hotels, guides, permits, and operational logistics. Therefore, our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent,
fair, and aligned with international travel standards.
1. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant cancels their booking, the following refund policy will apply:
- 7 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour amount will be refunded
- 3–6 days before departure: 25% of the total tour amount will be refunded
- Less than 72 hours before departure or no-show: No refund will be provided
2. Hotel Bookings & Non-Refundable Services
If hotel accommodations or other services have already been booked on behalf of the participant,
any non-refundable amount paid to hotels or suppliers will not be returned, regardless of the cancellation date.
If the hotel or service provider does not refund the amount to The Dreamial Tours (Pvt) Ltd,
100% of the hotel charges will be deducted first.
After deducting non-refundable charges, any remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded
according to the cancellation timeline mentioned above.
3. Cancellation by The Dreamial Tours
If a tour is cancelled by The Dreamial Tours (Pvt) Ltd due to operational reasons
(excluding natural disasters or force majeure),
participants will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- An adjustment in a future tour (as per participant preference)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be issued in the following cases:

Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, including but not limited to:
heavy rains, storms, landslides, road blockages, accidents, mechanical failures, or vehicle malfunctions
- Failure of the participant to reach the departure point on time
- Removal of a participant due to rule violations, unethical behavior, or safety concerns

Changes in itinerary, route, accommodation, or transport due to weather, safety,
or administrative reasons
5. Force Majeure
In situations of force majeure, including acts of God, government restrictions, strikes,
pandemics, or security concerns, no refunds will be made.
However, the company may offer rescheduling or tour adjustments at its sole discretion.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only

Any applicable bank charges, international transfer fees, or transaction costs
will be deducted from the refundable amount
7. Acceptance of Policy
By booking a tour with The Dreamial Tours (Pvt) Ltd, participants confirm that they have read,
understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with the Terms & Conditions.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Participants must carry their CNIC during the trip
- Strict ethical conduct must be followed throughout the tour
- Zero tolerance policy for drugs, weapons, or inappropriate behavior
- Participants below 10 years or above 50 years of age must be informed in advance
- Participants requiring special medical assistance must notify management beforehand
- Participants are responsible for their personal valuables during the trip
- The company will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings

No refunds will be issued due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances such as rain,
landslides, accidents, flat tires, or engine failure

In case of weather issues or route blockages, the company reserves the right to
modify the itinerary for participant safety

If additional days are added due to unforeseen circumstances,
a per-day rate (decided by the Tour Leader) will be charged
